Justin attended Kit Laughlin’s Stretch Teacher Training in Grand Cayman in November, 2009. Pilate teachers, bodyworkers, Yoga teachers, and individuals who would like to learn more about effective stretch techniques participated in this workshop. Kit covered a good amount of information based on his techniques and publications. Justin enjoyed this workshop very much. In addition, Grand Cayman is a beautiful place to visit!
