Summer 2010 schedule is posted

Summer 2010 schedule is available now! Please check out the Main page for details. We will have two sessions to focus on proper flexibility and stretch techniques. We will practice Yoga one night with acoustic  music (mixed with some surprising selections) instead of typical Yoga music. We will also put together a flow based on what you would like to work on at another session. It should be a fun and mindful summer!
